Terms & Services
These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern your use of the ZenAI platform, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or integrating our recommender engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through the dashboard or via written notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Usage in excess of plan limits may incur additional charges.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse engineer our models, or process prohibited content (including malware, spam campaigns, or discriminatory targeting). We may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.
4. Data & Privacy
Submitted catalog data remains yours. By uploading it you grant ZenAI a license to process the data solely to provide and improve the recommender engine. We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and industry security practices.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but the Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. ZenAI disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and limits liability to the aggregate fees paid during the preceding 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
